Marie Serold, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2024, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She was born on November 27, 1949, to Walter and Lille Thormahlen.
Marie married her beloved spouse, A.C. Serold, in 1990, and they were blessed with two step daughters, Laura and Leah and one son, Donald. She adored her six grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.
Marie attended Syracuse High School, graduating in 1968, before continuing her studies at a Business School in Omaha, where she graduated in 1970. She worked at US West and also dedicated her time to volunteering at church organizations.
In her free time, Marie enjoyed quilting, card making, and spending time with her family and friends. She had a kind heart and a contagious smile that will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
