N. Joyce Webb passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2019, in Ft. Lupton, Colorado.
Joyce (Smith) Webb was born September 2, 1926, in Black Rock, Arkansas, to Jennings “Bryan” and Nema (East) Smith.
She is survived by her sister, Melba (Smith) Taylor; 3 daughters, Duvette Huner, Jeanette Congrove and Lisa Berry; 1 son, Keith Webb, 8 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Dollye (Smith) Davis, her brother, J.B. Smith, and her husband of 64 years, Clyde E. Webb.
