I am so sorry Marcelo and Amy:

It has been some time since I have seen your family, but when they were younger, I was always amazed at how nice and well behaved Olivia Marie and all of your children were, both at home and when we met at a restaurant. I am so sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences,
Justin

Last year (my freshman year and Olivia's sophomore year) we were on the same basketball team. Olivia was an outstanding basketball player and she was on Arapahoe's JV team, while I was on Arapahoe's C team. My team desperately needed Olivia, so she swung down teams. For the few months that Olivia split time between the two teams we became very good friends. At practice everyday she would never fail to make us laugh and make our days better, while also being the top scorer for free throws and the team. Olivia brought the fun and the heart to the team, and really made it a season I would never forget. Our friendship extended way past the court, and it's a friendship I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Hello, this is alyssa cruz, a girl who went to st. mary’s with Olivia from 1st grade to 3rd grade. She is truly, truly in my prayers everyday and your family as well from this day on for forever. I can still remember her warm, heartfelt smile when I was sitting alone at my table of teddy bears in Mrs. Ellis’ first grade class. I sat like a loner because all the other kids had their own little cliches. But suddenly, I look up to see a gorgeous, beautiful angel. she held out her worn-out, special teddy, and her welcoming hand. She asked if I wanted to play. I couldn’t help but ecstatically nod. We danced around our teddies, exchanging laughs and smiles. She is truly the angel that changed my life in that very moment, and she forever will be. her welcoming heart opened mine, and I know god will open his heart for her as well.

I only knew Olivia for two years at Frassati but I have nothing but good memories. I personally believe she was the reason we were undefeated in basketball our 6th grade year and I know I’m not the only one who feels that way. She had such a hardworking persona but also always had such a bright personality. Even in 6th grade when I was quiet and shy, she always made an effort to talk to me and I truly appreciated it. God just gained a beautiful angel. I’m sending all of my love and prayers to you all.
