Patricia passed into eternal life on September 26, 2023, at her residence in Littleton, Colorado. She was 80 years old. Born in Evergreen Park, Illinois, she attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, where she met her future husband, Bruno. They were married at Saint Helena’s Church in Chicago. Their first son, Bernard, was born in Champaign while Bruno was finishing his doctoral dissertation in Astronomy.
They moved to Littleton, Colorado soon after, where they resided until her death. She had two other children, a son, Remy and daughter, Anne, all living in Littleton.
Pat was a teacher and enjoyed teaching all her life, even homeschooling her grandchildren until recently. For a while, she worked as a personalized shopper and color specialist at the May D and F stores in Denver. She liked hiking in the mountains of Colorado and the deserts of southern Arizona. She attended church at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Littleton, where she enjoyed making quilts with her friends to give away to the newborn babies.
She is survived by her husband, her three children, and five grandchildren.
