Rodney Wayne Talley was born on March 30, 1932 and passed away on February 7, 2021. Rodney served in the US Navy for three years. He graduated from Colorado University in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree. Shortly after graduation he became a certified public accountant and practiced for 50 years. He is survived by his wife and three children.
