Shirley Ann Flipse

Shirley Ann Flipse, age 89, of Littleton, Colorado passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022. Born Oct 26th 1932 in Levant Ks. To Albert and Wilma Kroth Graduated from Colby High School 1950 Married Harold “Buzz” Flipse Aug 20 1950. Moved to Ogden, UT. Worked for the IRS Doing data entry/keypunching. Settled in Denver, worked at 1st bank of Denver. Initially as data entry operator. Later the bank trained her in position of Network Telecommunications Specialist, until she retired in 1986 when the position was eliminated. Survived by Children: son Barry Lynn Flipse and wife, Sheila Joann Flipse . Also daughter Sheila Kay Gunter. Grand children are Mark Flipse, Tracie Stiger and Michael Flipse. Also Lyndsay Gunter and Logan Gunter Great grand children: Morgan Stiger and Madison Gunter Schifo Siblings: Karen Kroth Macomber 4 nieces and 4 nephews. Predeceased by: her older sister Joyce Teague and her son Jeffrey Don Flipse. A memorial service for Shirley will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121, followed by a committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
