Tammy loved family game nights, movies, pajama parties and fishing with her brother Scott. She enjoyed being with her friends and family laughing and telling stories. Tammy was a loving and compassionate person with many close friends. She most often had a cat on her lap and candles glowing in every room.
Tammy is survived by her mother Nola Nielsen, her father Don Heaps, her brother Scott Heaps, wife Debbie Heaps, her niece Gina Heaps, life partner Shawn Bourret, half sister Deanna (Heaps) Melton and five step brothers, Lee, Steve, Kelly, Micky and Todd Nielsen. She is preceded in death by her step-father Donald Nielsen.
Due to COVID, traditional funeral arrangements were not possible. There was a Celebration of Life on 10/3/21 with immediate family.
