Todd Andrew Larson passed away unexpectedly in his home in Centennial, Colorado, on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the age of 48, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on August 1, 1976, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Nancy Thurman and Theo Richard Larson. Todd lived a life marked by love, humor, deep compassion, charity, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.
To know Todd was to know true kindness. His life was filled with generosity and service to others. His loyalty as a friend, integrity as a business owner, and endless love as a husband and father were his foundation and the pillars of how Todd lived his life. He lived for others and was happiest when the people around him were happy.
Todd and Wendy built a beautiful life together and would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this coming August. Their home was filled with love—and even more laughter. Todd was endlessly proud of his children, Jacob Andrew (23), Kailey Marie (22), and Ashlie Elise (18), and adored them with all his heart.
Some of Todd’s favorite moments were spent outdoors with his family—camping, sharing his hobbies and passions, and creating lasting memories together. And nothing brought him more joy than visiting Disneyland with his loved ones. He also cherished quiet nights in, playing games and watching a long list of favorite movies with his family.
Todd was deeply passionate about his work. In 2017, he and Wendy launched their own HOA management company, Service Plus, and spent the past seven years building it into something truly special. Todd wasn’t just the leader of the company—he was its heart and soul. A mentor, a friend, and a steady presence, he led with passion, dedication, and unwavering integrity. His legacy lives on, not only in the company he helped shape, but in everyone who had the privilege to know and work alongside him.
Todd is survived by his mother, Nancy Thurman Shanks; his siblings, Clint (Michelle), Julie Peterson (Christopher), Michael, and Sherry Hearn (Clay); his beloved wife, Wendy; and his cherished children, Jacob Andrew, Kailey Marie, and Ashlie Elise. He was preceded in death by his father, Theo Larson, and his mother-in-law, Ruth Stander Bowler.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 10th, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 7405 S Addison Ct, Aurora, CO 80016.
