Ursula Anneliese Lowe, age 83, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. A committal service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on November 14th at 9:15 am.
Ursula is survived by her only child, Albert Horvath, wife Patti Horvath, and her three grandchildren. Scott Horvath, Stephanie Horvath, and Shane Horvath, 8 great-grandchildren and many friends.
