Viola C. Romero, of Englewood, age 93, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2022. She was born October 20, 1928 to Santiago and Maria Rita Barela in Los Sauces, CO. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, son Stanley, her parents, brothers Crestino and Richard and a sister, Lorraine Huard.
She is survived by her daughters Patricia (Steve) Pritza, Janice and Carol Romero, grandchildren Matthew (Jennifer)Valdez and Josett Valdez, great-granddaughters Isabella and Adrianna Valdez, one sister, Gloria (Greg) Archunde, many nieces and nephews and beloved friend Carrie Martin. Visitation is on Tuesday, January 18th at 6:00 PM with Rosary to follow, both at St. Mary Catholic Church, 6853 S. Prince St., Littleton, CO.
Funeral Mass, Wednesday, January 19th at 10:30 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 6853 S. Prince St., Littleton, CO.
Interment-Chapel Hill Cemetery, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial, CO. Reception to follow.
