

Justin Charles Igersheimer, 38, passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 7, 2025. Born in Middletown, CT and raised in Westbrook, Justin was a 2006 graduate of Westbrook High School. He went on to become a state-licensed HVAC technician and was proud to be part of the maintenance team at Pfizer in Groton, CT.
Justin had a deep passion for life and being in the outdoors. Whether he was jet skiing, biking, boating, or snowboarding, he was happiest surrounded by water and nature. He especially loved spending time with friends and family on the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound. Known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and easy smile, Justin brought warmth and laughter to all who knew him. He is survived by his loving parents, Jim and Maryann Igersheimer of Westbrook; his brother Andrew Igersheimer and fiancée Ali Haag; his sister Amy Igersheimer; and his beloved nieces, Marley and Cora Igersheimer. He also leaves behind his cherished cousins Melody Mammola Baker, Danny Mammola, Matthew Smith, Megan Dean, Erik Anderson Sr., and Megan Dowdell, and loving aunts and uncles, Judy & Phil Mammola, Marilyn & George Anderson, and Jeanne & Peter Haddock, along with many dear friends and extended family members who will miss him greatly.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday, November 21st, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home in Centerbrook. A memorial service will be held the following morning, Saturday, November 22nd, at 11:00 a.m. at Deep River Congregational Church in Deep River.
Justin’s adventurous spirit and kind soul will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
