

Born on April 8th, 1935 in Chester, CT to James and Myrtle Everitt.
Ginny was a devoted wife, marrying the Love of her life, Clifford,on January 31st, 1952. They spent their years together finding the joys in life and laughing as much as they could. They had four children who never failed to keep them on their toes and make them proud. She was a longtime employee of Guppies to Puppies where she connected with customers and animals alike, especially Elton, the Macaw, who repeated many of her signature phrases, making everyone laugh.

Ginny loved her home near the beach, where she could sit outside and smell the salt air or go for walks to Cornfield Point, stopping to chat with her neighbors along the way. She enjoyed sewing and cooking up her signature dishes, but nothing compared to the love that she had for her family.
Ginny is survived by her children: Debra Clark (Jay), Brian Allen (Anita), and James Allen (Bellinda); her grandchildren: Kaitlin, Tyler, Dylan, Khrystyn, Cassie, Stephanie, Maxine, Kallista and James and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her dear husband, Clifford, her son, Timothy, grandson, Gregory and her four siblings: Betty Baxter, Delores Lane, Jane Taylor and James Everitt Jr.
A service to celebrate Virginia’s life will be held on Saturday, January 17th at 11:00 at Riverview Cemetery in Essex.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or The Middlesex Health Hospice Program.
