I am so sorry for your loss.  I went to school with Barbara, elementary and high school. We were in the same driver’s ed class. Would see her at our alumni luncheons.

Mrs. Costello Lee, I know you are with your beloved Tom and thank you for raising my best friend, Kevin, to be a great man. Wishing you peace and knowing you are in a better place without pain and sorrow. Until we all meet again, May you Rest in Peace.

My favorite memory is having both of you together enjoying each other as a family with all of us 4 boys . I remember many fond memories of my life with both of you in it. As much as it pains me to know that finally you are back together in being reunited I do miss you both so much . There are so many different memories that come into my mind right now and the one of them that sticks out is Sunday November 18th when you and Dad took us boys out and we stopped at a McDonald's in Center Moriches . That was the last time we were all together for a sit down meal . Mom memories of you include - you taking on a dual role of parenting when dad passed away, helping me out with school stuff when I had trouble dealing with not having Dad around , having our talks about how to keep our heads up for each other and help each other strive , the times when I tried to get you on a charter fishing boat and you ended up sitting inside because the diesel fumes were too much for you instead we hopped into the truck and we drove on the beach and enjoyed the day , the times when we started the many of times with the hospital/doctor trips for you - first it was everything with your hip then being diagnosed with A-fib and the multiple trips to the ER and then with your stroke you had Christmas eve of 2021 that you had which we could not avoid. We got you back home after a little while and there were other things that happened in course of time . Who knew that all of this was going to happen to you then the inevitable happened and we ended up going to the hospital one last time . We both heard the news and our hearts dropped as the results came in . You made the decision of what you wanted to do and you said to me - IT IS TIME FOR ME TO BE WITH YOUR FATHER ONCE AGAIN AFTER ALL THIS TIME. 
REST IN ETERNAL PEACE WITH DAD AND GIVE HIM A BIG HUG AND KISS FOR ME PLEASE .I NOW HAVE MY TWO GUARDIAN ANGELS ONE ON MY LEFT SIDE AND ONE ON MY RIGHT SIDE .

Even though you're no longer with us, your love and kindness continue to touch our lives every day. You were more than just a bonus mom; you were a guiding light and a source of endless support. I miss you deeply and will always cherish the memories we shared. Your legacy of love and compassion lives on in all of us.
