Dennis M. Vasquez

Dennis, beloved husband of Patricia for 52 wonderful years, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. He was the devoted father of Dennis, Jason, Guy, and Jessica (Ray), and the cherished grandfather of Guy Jr., Adam, Alyssa, Brianna, Ray Ray, and Kayla. He was also a proud and loving great-grandfather to Scarlett and Mariah.

Dennis lived life with a strong sense of family, purpose, and passion. He found joy in the simple things—riding his Harley on an open road, weekends spent trucking or camping, tending to his yard, and evenings around the fire pit. He took pride in staying active, often working out in his home gym or logging miles on his treadmill.

Above all, Dennis was a man deeply rooted in family. He never missed a reunion, treasuring those moments that brought everyone together. He also found great fulfillment in his time spent with the residents at Maryhaven, where his warmth and presence left a lasting impact.

His memory lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720, on August 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass is scheduled for August 15, 2025, at 10:00 am at Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 33 Crown Acres Rd, Centereach, NY 11720.

The Committal Service with Military Honors will take place at Calverton National Cemetery, Wading River, NY 11792, on August 15, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
