Gladys Rivera, age 72, of Centereach, NY, on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Faithfully devoted to her family, church and God she was full of love. She loved food and loved to cook. Around the holidays, she would prepare her favorite pastel dish.
Galdys is survived by her loving children Rosa Michaelis (Matt) and Ismael a.k.a. "Joey." Cherished grandmother to Jonathon, Yamilex, Maegan, Ashley, Yvette, Isabelle and Alma. Beloved great-grandma to Mason and Julian. Devoted sister to Lydia Bonilla, Carmen Arcelay and Audelis Soto.
A visitation for Gladys will be held Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Rd, Centereach, New York 11720. A service will be held at 8:30 PM. A closing prayer will occur Friday, June 9, 2023 at 9:30 AM, followed by interment at 10:30 AM at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Garden Mausoleums, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11739.
