Kevin J. Hudson

Beloved husband of 20 years to Maria Haas, Kevin was a devoted family man. He was the proud and loving father of Steve Hudson (Danielle Biscardi), Shannon Hudson (Tom Arlotta), and Christina "Bina" Elliott (Dimitriy "Ven" Vovchok). He adored his grandson, Leon Arlotta, who brought him endless joy. Kevin was a cherished brother to Doreen, Rob, Kathy, Stephen, Francis "Buddy," and Eddie, and his family was the cornerstone of his life.

Kevin had a deep passion for music and was an accomplished guitarist, proudly maintaining a collection of 9-10 guitars. A lifelong fan of Billy Joel, he attended as many concerts as he could, immersing himself in the music he loved. An avid New York Yankees fan, Kevin enjoyed cheering on his favorite team. He found peace and happiness vacationing by the ocean, where he could relax and soak in the beauty of the waves.

Kevin’s sense of humor was legendary, known for his dry wit and killer one-liners. He was a jokester who could light up any room with his presence. He loved dancing, spending time with friends, and sharing laughter and good times with those around him. His loyal dachshund, Koko, was a beloved member of the family, providing him with companionship and unconditional love.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720. Cremation will be private.

Kevin’s legacy of love, laughter, and music will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
