Lucy was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Dennis. She is survived by her daughter Denise Nienburg (Ted); her son Michael (Kathleen); and her son Steven (Jennifer); her sister Jeanne Pryor and her brother Arnold Burckhardt; her granddaughter Emily, her grandson Christopher, her grandson Aiden, her granddaughter Caitlyn, her grandson Anthony (Paige), her great grandson Robbie and her great grandson Hudson.
A devoted member of Assumption Church, Lucy Anne lived a life rooted in faith and service. She gave generously of her time and talents, serving as a Eucharistic minister, lector, and president of the Rosary Society. Her leadership and dedication brought people together through small church groups, and she lovingly cared for the altar flowers and church linens, always ensuring the sanctuary was prepared with grace and beauty.
Lucy Anne was known not only for her strong faith but also for her many hobbies and creative gifts. She found great joy in golfing, bowling, knitting, crocheting, and quilting—always keeping her hands busy and her heart full.
She will be remembered for her quiet strength, her servant’s heart, and the warmth she brought to all who knew her.

A committal service will occur Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727.
Lucy will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 Route 112, Coram, New York 11727.
