He was the loving father of Cari Smith and the cherished grandfather of Rhiannon Parente and Michael Smith. Michael was a devoted brother to Rose (Joseph) Zawadzki, Joseph Parente, Frances Pisano and he was predeceased by his siblings Frank Parente, Anthony Parente and Mary Capobianco.
Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720. The visitation will take place on November 30, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and on December 1, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. A prayer service will be held at the same location on December 1, 2025, at 8:00 pm.
Michael will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
