Peter M. McGrath, age 47, of Centereach, New York, suddenly passed away on December 24, 2013. Beloved husband of Connie McGrath. Loving father of Kara, Leanne, & ZacharyTobin. Cherished son of Kathleen & Peter McGrath. Dear brother of Kathleen (Tamer) Zaky, Patrick (Mary) McGrath, and Siobhan (Dirk) McGrath. Adored uncle of Kareem & Sean Zaky, and Samantha & Lauren McGrath. Visiting Friday December 27, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, and Saturday December 28, 2013 from 11-12:30 pm. At 12:30 pm, a religious services will be conducted at the funeral home by Deacon James DiGiovanna. Cremation will be private.
