Stacey Danielle Battle

Stacey grew up in Centereach, New York. She created and shared many memories with her siblings, cousins, and her countless circle of dear friends. Stacey graduated from Centereach High School in 1998.

Stacey held a variety of jobs before deciding to move to New Jersey for a change of pace and experiences in 2007. Stacey met the love of her life, Jesus Domenech, to whom she became engaged, and they had two beautiful children, a son and daughter. Stacey studied and became a Certified Nursing Assistant and obtained a job at the Roosevelt Nursing Home in which she worked until her passing.

Stacey was loved by many, and she would give of herself unconditionally to family and friends. She was very strong in her beliefs and opinions which made her who she was, a caring daughter, mother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. She was an amazing cook, and would share her creations with family and friends at gatherings and her immediate family would benefit daily from her love of cooking. Stacey’s vibrant personality fueled her zest for life that everyone who knew her will never forget.

Stacey is survived by her parents Denise Newsom and Stanley Battle, her fiancé Jesus, her two beautiful children, Gabriel and Mia Domenech; her sister: Stephanie Cassidy and brother in law, Sean Cassidy; brother: Anthony Battle and sister in law Michelle Battle; brothers: Stanley Battle, Seth Battle and James Battle; sister: Ebony Travers and brother in law Thomas Travers; nieces: Mailyn Battle, Jada Battle, Jasani Battle, Aaliyah Battle, Norah Travers; nephews: Elijah Mantone, Devon Cassidy, Donovan Battle,Isaiah Battle, Jeremiah Battle, Jyaire Miles, Shane Cassidy; Aunt: Sheila Baker (David) ; Uncle: Allen Newsom (Natalie); and a host of cousins, family and friends.

A visitation for Stacey will be held Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720.
