I was just eighteen years old when I met Bill.
He was one of the most good hearted and easy going people that I ever met.
I had the privilege, honor and opportunity to work with him for my whole career at Con Edison and people's safety and well-being were of the utmost importance to him.
We worked together as colleagues in the B/Q Control Center and spent many nights, weekends and holidays together and you become more than co-workers.
I know how much he loved his family and all the sacrifices he made for them.
Living nearby to one another we would have chance meetings and he always wanted to know how the job and people who he loved so much were doing.
I want to offer my sincerest condolences to his family .
I hope that all of your good memories will help easy the sorrow of your loss.
Rest in Peace Bill.
You will be deeply missed.
