Beverly Behrnes

Beverly Ornette Jones Behrnes, 87, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on April 18, 2026. She was a beloved wife, mother, Meme and friend. She was born on September 24, 1938, in Liberty, MS and was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Behrnes, Sr.; her parents, Percer Jones, Sr. and L.E. Webb Jones and her siblings, Annie Elizabeth Jones Creed (“Betty Ann”), Percer Jones, Jr. and Patrick Jones.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Behrnes, Rob Behrnes, Bret Behrnes (Robin) and Angel Behrnes Raborn (Timmy). She has five grandchildren, Beau Behrnes (Katie), Walker Raborn, Hollie Raborn, Emily Raborn and Kace’ Severio. She also has three great grandchildren, Dylan Mae Behrnes, Allie Jo Behrnes and Grady Eugene Conrad.

Visitation and service will be held at Central Funeral Home. Visitation is on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and will resume on Friday, April 24 at 9:00am until the time of service at 11:00 am.

Pallbearers are Rob Behrnes, Bret Behrnes, Beau Behrnes, Timmy Raborn, Wendell Miley and Walker Raborn. Honorary pallbearer is David O. Crowe, Jr.
