Chad Michael Price, born August 27, 1979, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Joyce Hale Price and Daniel Wade Price, passed away, leaving behind a vibrant legacy of love, adventure, and achievement. A proud graduate of Central High School, where his sons now attend, Chad pursued a Bachelor of Science at Louisiana State University (LSU). His journey took him to Delta State University, where he met his soulmate, Kelly Steiger, on the cheer team. Together, they celebrated a national championship victory, a testament to their shared passion and teamwork.
Transferring to LSU as an inseparable duo, Chad and Kelly became a powerhouse couple, earning two collegiate national championships for partner stunting. Their love story blossomed into a beautiful marriage, blessed with three remarkable sons: Wyatt Wade (17), Cole Casey (15), and Dutch Dane (13). Chad’s dedication to family was matched by his professional commitment, serving many years at NextTech Solutions in Germantown, Tennessee.
A man of boundless curiosity, Chad embraced life with enthusiasm, diving into hobbies like sailing, kite surfing, scuba diving, woodworking, duck hunting and song writing. He had a gift for connecting with others, striking up conversations with strangers and savoring new experiences, from trying unique restaurants to exploring fresh pursuits. His warmth and adventurous spirit left an incredible mark on all who knew him.
Chad is survived by his devoted wife, Kelly Price; his cherished sons, Wyatt, Cole, and Dutch; his loving mother, Joyce Price; father, Daniel Price; sisters, Christy Britton and Stephanie Campbell; grandfather, Percy Price and grandmother, Evelyn Blackwell. Chad is predeceased by his grandfather, Kenneth Blackwell and grandmother, Betty Jean Price. His light will continue to shine through his family and the countless lives he touched.

The celebration of Chad’s life will be held at Zoar Baptist Church on Thursday, July 3, 2025. Visitation 9:00a.m.-11:30a.m. Funeral Service 11:30a.m. His memory will forever inspire those who knew and loved him.
