She is preceded in death by her parents, William "Anse" and Mary Allen; husband, Bill Lewis; Son, Ty Lewis and brother, Andy Allen.
Francine is survived by her daughters, Tina Martin and husband Greg, Heather Rich and husband Klayton; grandchildren, Corey Martin (Maddie), Blake Martin (Lindsey); great-grandchildren, Levi and Tatum Martin, Cooper Martin, Asher Rich, and Baby Girl Rich; nieces, Nicole Allen, Andrea Allen, and nephew, Anderson Allen, and numerous other cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Central Funeral Home from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at 6:00 pm.
