At least once a month Mom & Dad (Julie & David) would host a family fish fry. I remember he and dad both sitting at each end of the table telling stories and chatting all around. I can smell the fish, hear the laughter (especially PawPaw’s raspy voice) and Meme sitting right next to him. This was the epitome of family time. Thinking of this makes me smile more than ever. He truly was an incredible family man.
