

Jimmy A. Jeter, 38, of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana, passed away unexpectedly on March 26, 2024. He was born on July 3, 1985 in Houston, Texas. Jimmy was a beloved husband to Candice Jeter and a devoted father to Cole, Kyle, and Kynlee. He was preceded in death by his mother Jamie Brown and father Daniel Alford.
Jimmy cherished his family. There is nothing that he wouldn’t have done for them. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand and never met a stranger. His favorite times were spent on the boat fishing or crabbing and then coming home and cooking whatever he caught. His love for his family and the outdoors brought him joy and peace.
A United States Navy Submariner, Jimmy served his country with honor and dedication. After his military service, he pursued a career as an operator at BASF Geismar, where he excelled in his role.
A Celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 2pm at Victory Harvest Church, located at 3953 N. Flannery Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70814.
Jimmy will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
