Joyce passed away on January 21,2025,at age 82. She is survived by two children,Chuck bolton and Stephen Parker;her grandson Cameron Bolton; and her two sisters,Charlene Raborn and Sue Robinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Debbie Thibodeaux and her husband,Leon Parker. Services will be private.
