Obituary of Martha Jean Gaylor

Central Funeral Home

Funeral services will be held for Martha Jean Gaylor on Monday, June 12, 2023, 1:00 pm at Central Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Zoar Baptist Church Cemetery. Martha passed away on June 8, 2023 at the age of 62. Martha retired from the Louisiana Department of Revenue. She enjoyed Saints football as well as LSU football, baseball and softball. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her special pet cockatiel, Petre. She is survived by sisters, Virginia Menuet, Denise Turner; nephews, Kirk Zumo, Michael Zumo, Charlie Menuet; nieces, Suzanne Menuet, Rochelle Gaylor; great-nieces, Katherine Zumo, Emily Zumo and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Gaylor and Melba Bennett Gaylor and a sister, Rae Anne Parsons. Central Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Gaylor and Melba Bennett Gaylor and a sister, Rae Anne Parsons.
