Gary James Cole

Gary James Cole, our beloved father, brother, uncle and grandpa went home to be with Jesus on February 20th, 2024. He passed away in Enumclaw, surrounded by his immediate family. He passed at the age of 80 years old.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents Harry & Melva Cole, and his wife Kathleen. He is survived by his daughter Rochelle (Kevin) Verhonick; son Barry (Susie) Cole; siblings Sandy Chinberg and Craig Cole; grandchildren Melissa (Tyler) Thompson, Megan (Jason) Roberts, Caleb Wakefield, Emily Cole and Grace Cole; great grandchildren Christian (Sara), Kylie, Kaidyn, Kaden, Lochlan, Kamryn, and Stella; and newest great great grandchild Nora.

Gary grew up in Seattle, Washington. He lived in Enumclaw for a number of years where he raised his family, and spent his later years living in Morton, Washington with his wife Kathleen. He was an avid hunter, hot rod enthusiast, and craftsman. He led a humble and meaningful life -- he loved his family, his country and the Lord. We will miss him until we see him again in Paradise

A celebration of life for Gary will be held Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Mount Rainier Christian Center, 1878 Osceola St N,, Enumclaw, WA 98022.
