Barbara Fondren, age 76, of Brent entered into rest at Hospice of West Alabama on Feb. 5, 2018. She is survived by her sons, Tim Fondren(Emily) and Tony Fondren(Cheryl); daughters, Regina McAteer(Sammy) and Valerie Bamberg(Russell); brother, Jimmy Duncan(Mildred); 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, J D Fondren; her parents, Alex and Mamie Duncan; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
