Mr. Carroll entered into rest at DCH Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his brother, Frank Carroll and Jerald Carroll; sisters, Janet Clayton, Gloria Burnett, Vicki Duggan, Helen Woods, Judy Colson and Margaret Nobel. Preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Catherine Carroll.
