Heard about Davids passing today.  Sorry to hear about this. I knew           David way back in the 70's at Wallace College, then later when we worked together. He was a very sweet and decent person. May he rest in peace.

David was a rock solid friend.  His many acts of compassion to others are immeasurable. Rest in heaven, David.

David was a good friend.  I just found out about his passing today.Have known him since the early 80's working in Selma.  He was one of the nicest people I had the pleasure of knowing.  He called me on Monday July 18th and asked for prayers. I didn't know that would be the last time I  would talk to him. RIP my friend. 

David was my best friend and I will miss him! He died with my wife and I holding his hands. He was a brother to me and a wonderful guy! 

One of my dearest friends, David was one of a kind. Rest in peace my friend!
