Mr. Burnett is survived by his sons, Lee Burnett(Becky) of Maplesville, AL and Tony Burnett(Shelia) of Maplesville, AL; daughter, Cindy Smitherman(Roger) of Centreville, AL; brothers, Sam "Jr" Burnett of Birmingham, AL, Charles Burnett of Bessemer, AL and M C Burnett of Charleston, SC; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mable Burnett and daughter, Teresa Mims.
