J C Day, age 77, of Centreville, Alabama entered into rest on Sunday February 16, 2020 at Bibb Medical Center. J C was born August 9, 1942 in AL to Carl Day and Kathleen (Shirley) Reece. He is survived by his wife, Betty Medder Day of Centreville; daughters, Beverly Day Mauney(Steve) of Athens, GA, Carla Day Hallman(Darrell) of Brent and Nancy Day Lawrence(Jeff) of Centreville; brothers, Larry Reece(Myndal) of Gordo and Danny Day(Cathy) of Tuscaloosa; sister, Kathy McAteer(David) of Tuscaloosa; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will occur Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel, Centreville, Alabama. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Haysop Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Ken Blake officiating.
