James Mason Adams

James enjoyed going to church. He had a beautiful voice and spent his free time drawing, watching westerns, going to rodeos, and caring for his horse, Ford. He loved his friends and family and will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his sons, Murry Adams (Carrie) and Jimmy Adams; daughters, Janet Mims (Randy), Dasha Woodruff, and Linda Mae Harris (Richard); grandchildren, Corrie Jo, Garrett, Heather, Taylor, Chance, Nathan, Abby, Matt, Sunnie, Cherish, Payton, Mason, and Dixon; and a host of great-grandchildren; sister, Saludie; and Half sister, peggy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Murry and Ada Mae Adams; siblings, Betty, Anita, and John.

A visitation will be held for James at Church At Brierfield ( 20 Academy Road Brierfield, AL 35035 ) Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 10:30 am - 11:30 am with service to start at 11:30 am. Bro. Joe Clark Officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be the National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL at 1:15 pm.
