James "Possum" Swindle, age 70, of Hueytown, AL entered into rest at UAB West Medical Center in Bessemer, AL. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Swindle; sons, Randy Swindle and Corey Scurlock; daughters, Tammy Swindle Boyd and Cortney Parker(Blake); sisters, Hilda Oswalt, Georgiana Winters(Gerald), Sonya Swindle, Jackie Spence(Toby) and Karen Swindle; step dad, Gene Duncan and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Brian Swindle; parents, C.B. Swindle and Vina Lou Duncan; sisters, Rosa Lee Watkins, Angie Mitchell; brothers, Armond Swindle and Cecil Swindle.
