John Calhoun Goodson, Jr., age 90, of Brent, Alabama entered into rest on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Hospice of West Alabama. He is survived by his wife, Jean Stewart Goodson of Brent; son, John Calhoun Goodson, III of Brent; daughters, Roslyn Smith(Mike) of Tuscaloosa, Tanya McLemore(Curt) of Montgomery and Rushan Smyth of Tuscalooosa; grandchildren, Justice Smyth(Morgan), Shanleigh Walton(Patrick), Jeff Smyth(Robin), Michael Smith, Estes McLemore(Jessica) and Goodson McLemore; great grandchildren, Patrick Walton, Jr and Ann Roane Walton.
