He is survived by his sons, Johnny Shuttlesworth(Tammy) and Bobby Shuttlesworth(Roxy); daughter, Polly Shuttlesworth LaFoy; sister, Elizabeth Arnold(Joe); 6 grandchildren, Megan, Morgan, Amy, Brad, Brandon and Shannon; 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Shuttlesworth; his parents, Burley and Mary Shuttlesworth; brother, Henry Shuttlesworth.
