Mrs. Jonlee Shores Melton

Jonlee Shores Melton age 78 of Centreville, Alabama entered into rest on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at her residence. She was preceded in death by two sons John Thomas Pittman, Jr., and Michael Wayne Melton, and one daughter Sally Ann Downs. She is survived by her husband Albert Wayne Melton of Centreville, Alabama; three daughters, Eva Jane Richerson (Phil M.) of Pendleton, Oregon; Laurie Melton Lawson of Vestavia, Alabama; and Lisa Melton Reuter (Kip) of Vestavia, Alabama; brother William Shores; two sisters, Joan Carol Austin; and Helen Rowe; twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

Service was held at Centreville Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday January 6, 2015 followed by graveside service at Ocmulgee Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers were Matt Downs, Drew Downs, Ian Downs, Jeremiah Coggins, Bridger Post, and Tanner Melton.

Reverend Ken Fuller and Reverend Chuck Oliver officiated with Rockco Funeral Home of Centreville, Alabama directing.
