Buddy entered into rest at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Green Watkins of Centreville; sons, David Watkins of Greensboro and Kenny Watkins(Donna) of Greensboro; daughter, Arline Duncan(Derek) of Brent; brother, Duval Watkins of Brent; sisters, Hazel Moon of Brent, Faye Hobson of Centreville and Ruth Chambers of Brent; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
