Helen Loree Clements Johnson, our beloved Mama, Grandma, Aunt and Friend passed peacefully at Bibb Medical Center Nursing Home, October 16th 2019 at the age of 92. Born September 15, 1927 to Edgar and Vergie Colburn Clements she lived her life in the Mt. Ivah community of Perry County. Loree was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Clarence, Granddaughter Amy Johnson, Great Grandsons Drew Johnson and Jesse Hicks. Her siblings, Ozell Owens, Eunice Champion, Buddy Clements and Clifford, “Demp” Clements. Loree is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald (Lynn), Charles (Linda) and Lynn (Connie). Grandchildren, Shane, Matt (Lori), Andy (Kim) Johnson, Jamie (Cameron) Holifield, Whitney (Kelton) Clinner, Lee Washburn (Julie), Leslie Washburn and Angie Taylor (Mark). 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held October 18th at 11:00 at Mt. Ivah Bible Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior. Burial following in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Arthur Thomas officiating. Pallbearers: Matt Johnson, Andy Johnson, Eddie Owens, Mike Clements, James Edward Johnson and Mark May. . Honorary pallbearers are Friends and Neighbors of the Mt. Ivah Community, Staff of Bibb Medical Center, Bibb Medical Center Nursing Home and Cahaba Medical Care who took such loving care of her for the past two months. Special pallbearer Dr. Tyler Rushforth. Special Niece Katie May who visited her faithfully every week. She loved every one of you.

My heart is broken to hear of the passing of Ms. Loree. Such a kind, sweet beautiful lady. Heaven gained a dear soul. Love & prayers for her family.
