Mrs. Erwin entered into rest at Hospice of West Alabama. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Erwin, Jr; son, Mark Erwin(Rhonda); daughter, Penny Mitchell(Howard); brother, Clyde Cook; sisters, Peggy Caldwell and Christine Webb; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her son, Jeff Erwin; brothers, James Cook and Charles "Pete" Cook; sister, Ollie George
