Mrs. Louise Cook entered into rest at Bibb Medical Nursing Home. She is survived by her husband, Isaac Cook; son, Jerry Cook, Sr.(Nancy); brothers, Earnest Frederick and Robert Frederick; sister, Willie Jay Allen; grandchildren, Jerry Cook, Jr. and Heidi Chuc; great grandchildren, Ana & Gabriel Chuc, Isaac, Luke & Jacob Cook. She is preceded in death by her mother, Irene Logan; sister, Edna Woodward; brothers, Eugene and Daniel Frederick.
