Mary Jewel Foley, "Nanny" age 79, of Centreville, AL entered into Heaven on Friday, August 6, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bertha Dockery and Robert McDonald; brothers, Gene McDonald, Shelby McDonald and Jerry McDonald. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Hubbard (Ricky); her son, Randy Brown (Lisa); sisters, Marie Angel (Bill) and Joy Poole (Larry); four grandchildren, Lindsay Hubbard Stallings (David), Christopher Hubbard, Whitney Brown Moore (Wes) and Skyler Brown (Jeremy Taylor); three great-grandchildren, Taylin Moore, Joyanna Moore and Lexi Taylor.
"Miss Jewel" worked many years at J&S Drugs and loved her employers, coworkers, and customers. Nanny loved those who took care of her at Bibb Medical Nursing Home and Bibb Medical Center. She loved sitting by the nurses station every day and was known for her quick wit, honesty and strong will up to the very end. On her worst days her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her happiness and made her smile.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021 @ Rockco Funeral Home-Centreville from 10AM - 11AM with graveside service following at Pineland Memorial Cemetery starting at 11:30AM. David Stallings will be officiating the service.
