Mrs. Mary Green

Mary enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family. She was a good christian woman who was a member of Rehobeth Baptist Church and attended every Sunday when able. She also enjoyed going to the Lawley Community Center to play bingo.

She is survived by: Daughter, Bobbie Jean (Charlie) Beresovoy; Daughter, Emily (Randy-Deceased) Burdick; Son, Lynn (Holly) Green; 13 Grandchildren; a host of Great Grandchildren; Several Great Great Grandchildren; Numerous Nieces and Nephews; and Sister, Jeanette Chapman.

She is preceded in death by: Husband of 54 years, Robert S. Green; Parents, Edgar and Lecie (Scott) Lawley; Son, Shirles Green; Daughter, Martha Anita Hood; 7 Brothers; and 1 Sister.

A funeral service will be at 11:30 am on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Rehobeth Baptist Church in Lawley, AL.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Rehobeth Baptist Cemetery in Lawley, AL.
