Mary Ruth Smith entered into rest on March 9, 2015 at Baptist South in Montgomery. She is survived by her son, Jarred Simmons of Millbrook, AL; daughter, Amanda Stockdale(Wesley) of Elmore, AL; brothers, Mike Owens(Barbara) of Orrville, AL, Ken Owens(Joyce) of Autaugaville, AL and Robert Owens of Brent, AL; grandchildren, Kaylee Simmons and Gavin Stockdale; God daughter, Chyanne Frizzelle of Opelika, AL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Smith.
