
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Ann Worrell, an infant daughter, his parents Napoleon and Ethel Worrell, five sisters and three brothers.
He is survived by his sons, Sonny Worrell (Condra), Mike Worrell (Pam), four grandchildren, Nicholas Worrell (Christy), Bradley Worrell (Abby Grace), Claudia Sharpton (Jon), Amanda Hattaway (Drew), six great-grandchildren, Zane, Leah, Riley, Daniel, Max, and Tripp.
Napoleon was a member of Brent Baptist Church for many years. He was employed by H&S Auto Parts for 20 years and served as a Bibb County Commissioner for eight years. He lived a long full life and never met a stranger. He was always involved in the community, especially with youth baseball, where he served as a coach for many years.
Special thanks are given to the caregivers at Serenity Nursing Home and Diversicare Nursing Home for the loving care they gave him in his final days. Also, thank you to Kathy who provided Hospice Care to him these past months. He will be missed.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 11 at 11:00 at Pineland Cemetery in Centreville with Reverend Scott Davis officiating.
