Randall Kornegay

Bruce “Randall” Kornegay passed away May 24, 2026. He was a devoted husband, loving father and a very proud “Pop”, uncle and brother. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing and playing cards with friends. He never missed a grandchild’s activity or event. He was a selfless man who showed up for many and was loved by all.

Randall was preceded in death by his parents T.C. and Christine Kornegay. He is survived by his wife, Anne Kornegay; daughters, Michelle Kornegay, Ashley (J.) Lauderdale IV, Leslie Hubbard and Lena (Drew) Collins; grandchildren, Tori, Brenton, Mary Abner, James, Sarah Anne and Noah; great grandchild AJ; brother, Rickey (Frances) Kornegay; sisters, Rosa (Dickie) Hartley and Rhonda (Randy) Cook. A host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday May 28th at 11:30 at First Baptist Church of Woodstock. Services will be officiated by Kevin Cotner (nephew) and Drew Collins (son-in-law). The family will receive friends at the church Thursday from 10:00-11:30 until time of service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Woodstock building fund.
