He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Doris Cash; sons, Michael Cash, Timothy Cash and Lamar Cash; daughter, Bonnie Cash Smith; brothers, Billy Cash and Steve Cash; sisters, Opal Chapman, Ophelia Huff, Linda Fay Kuch and Reba Austin; brother in law, Earl Hannah; grandchildren, Allison and Lindsey Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents, Odis and Mary Cash; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
