He is survived by his wife, Consuela "Connie" Colburn; sons, Cortney Colburn(Samantha) of Brent, Rusty Colburn (Alana) of Cottondale, Dakota Colburn of Holly Pond, Kody Colburn(Collier) of Tuscaloosa, Christopher Fricks of Tuscaloosa and Zack Fricks(Becca) of Tuscaloosa; daughter, Cherokee Brown(Woodrow) of Holly Pond; father, M C Colburn of Brent; brothers, Greg Colburn of Jackson, MS and Dwight Pugh of Jackson, MS; 15 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara D. Colburn; mother in law, Joanna Dean Alderson; grandparents, Albert and Eula Mae Colburn, Jessie and Mauvrine Cochran.
